As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Safety Head to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function across manufacturing plants and project sites.

Location: Noida (Corporate Office)
Travel: Extensive travel to manufacturing plants and project sites across India

Role Overview
The Corporate Safety Head will be responsible for developing and executing the organization‘s HSE strategy across manufacturing facilities, construction sites, warehouses,



and corporate offices. The role will drive a strong safety culture, ensure statutory compliance, implement industry best practices, and establish robust systems that promote operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
This position requires a seasoned HSE professional with extensive experience in both manufacturing and EPC/construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
HSE Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the corporate HSE strategy, policies, standards, and annual roadmap.
- Foster a proactive safety culture across all manufacturing plants and project sites.
- Establish HSE objectives, KPIs, and governance frameworks to monitor organizational performance.
- Partner with business leaders to integrate safety into operational and strategic decision-making.
