Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in US staffing and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruiting for the US market, client engagement, account management, team leadership, and delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with US clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Own client requirements from intake through candidate placement, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of US recruiters while remaining hands-on with recruiting and sourcing.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for IT and technical positions across the US market.
- Review, screen, and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, rates, and work authorization.
- Manage interview coordination, submissions, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Track team performance, submissions, interviews, starts, closures, revenue, and margins.




- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and drive recruiters toward delivery targets.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth and new requirements.
- Work closely with Business Development / Sales teams to understand client needs and support account expansion.
- Handle escalations related to candidates, delivery, rates, compliance, and client expectations.
- Train recruiters on US staffing processes, sourcing techniques, candidate qualification, and client-specific requirements.
- Ensure recruiters follow appropriate US staffing, documentation, and compliance processes.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience recruiting for the US market.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of US recruiters.
- Solid client engagement and account management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of US staffing models including W2, C2C
