Role Description
This full time, on-site role of Inside Sales Representative is based in Chennai. The selected candidate will manage lead generation, nurture customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Key daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities,



maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the account management team to achieve sales targets. The role requires active communication with prospective and existing clients to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Skills in Account Management to build and maintain lasting relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Background in technology or professional services is a plus
