Job Description
We are looking for a computer-friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented person to join our growing real estate brokerage firm in Kolkata.
The selected candidate will maintain property data, organize property photos and videos, share property details with clients, and handle the day-to-day computer-related tasks of our office.
Candidates living within approximately 20 minutes of Kalikapur Croma will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update property details in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Maintain accurate records of flats, houses, plots, and other properties.
Update property prices, locations, sizes, specifications, availability, and listing status.
Copy and paste property information accurately.
Organize property photos, videos, floor plans, brochures, and documents in proper folders.
Rename and arrange media files for easy access.
Send property details, photos,



videos, and documents to clients through WhatsApp and WhatsApp Web.
Use internet browsers to search, verify, and collect basic property-related information.
Download, upload, attach, share, and manage files when required.
Handle basic email, internet, file-management, and computer-related work.
Maintain and update client and property records.
Assist with preparing basic reports and information whenever required.
Keep company, property, and client information confidential.
Support the regular computer and administrative work of the real estate office.
Requirements
Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of computers and internet browsers.
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Web.
Ability to copy and paste data accurately.
Ability to download, upload, rename, organize, and share files.
Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
Good English readin
