We are looking for a Call Centre Agent who meets the following criteria

Criteria

Fully bilingual (fluent in both [English & Afrikaans)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and delivering results
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite
Professional writing skills and attention to detail in written communication

Responsibilities and duties

To communicate with new and existing clients
Handle follow up and new leads and calls
Taking Photo’s of vehicles to be loaded onto website
Loading of vehicles onto company website
