About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, aggressive, and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of the Hariom Atta Chakki franchise network.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete franchise development cycle — from market identification, lead generation and investor acquisition to franchise conversion, store opening and franchise network management.

This is a growth-focused leadership role for someone who understands franchise sales, investor relationships, market expansion and team building, and can independently develop new franchise markets.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Lead Generation & Acquisition

* Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality franchise leads across target markets.




* Generate leads through digital campaigns, franchise portals, databases, referrals, exhibitions, events, networking and direct outreach.
* Handle and qualify incoming franchise enquiries based on investment capacity, location, business profile and seriousness.
* Build and continuously maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchise investors.

Franchise Sales & Conversion

* Take complete ownership of the franchise sales cycle from Lead → Qualification → Presentation → Meeting → Negotiation → Closure.
* Conduct franchise presentations, calls and meetings with prospective investors.
* Explain the franchise business model, investment structure, commercial opportunity, company support and operating requirements.
* Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects and drive them towards closure.
* Negotiate commercially while protecting the company’s franchise standards and business interests.
