About The Role

As AI Transformation Lead, you will own and drive our AI transformation agenda across Hultafors Group. You will work closely with business leaders, IT, data teams, and transformation stakeholders to identify opportunities, establish governance, and ensure AI initiatives create measurable business value. The role combines strategy, change leadership, governance, and delivery.



You will be instrumental in turning AI ambitions into practical business outcomes and ensuring AI capabilities are adopted responsibly and effectively throughout the organization.

What You Will Do

You will:

Define, maintain, and communicate the Group AI strategy and roadmap.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities together with business stakeholders.
Drive AI initiatives from idea and proof of value through implementation and scaling.
Establish and maintain AI governance, policies, and ways of working.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act.
Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, architecture, security, and data teams.
Drive organizational readiness through communication, training, and change management.
Monitor value realization, adoption, and performance of AI initiatives.
Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
