About the Role:
As a Senior Business Consultant within our Delivery Function, you will play a pivotal role in defining project scope and implementing new customer journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them understand the strategic perks and value of adopting our standard product functionality.
About you:
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Product Analyst, or Mortgage Consultant.
Domain Expertise: A strong, practical understanding of the UK mortgage market.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to and negotiate with external stakeholders.
Working Style: Highly adaptable—comfortable driving work independently while also being a collaborative, supportive team player who contributes to our internal community.
