About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA)
to support senior leadership at a reputed investment firm. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in calendar management, executive coordination, business communication, travel planning, documentation, and stakeholder management.
This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and coordinate effectively with internal teams, investors, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, investors, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, and expense coordination.
