Job Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager (B2B) role in Hyderabad. The role is focused on closing and key-account growth, taking qualified leads generated by our prospecting and digital teams, following up, understanding requirements, and converting them into confirmed orders.
The ideal candidate is a confident closer who is comfortable owning conversations with senior decision-makers, building trust quickly, negotiating well, and turning interest into committed business.



You will work closely with the business development and marketing functions to ensure a smooth handoff from lead to deal, and will grow repeat and expansion business from the accounts you close.

Key Responsibilities
- Own follow-up and conversion of qualified leads passed from the prospecting team, digital campaigns, and inbound channels
- Run discovery conversations to understand each prospect‘s bulk and corporate gifting requirements
- Present tailored Group Welkin solutions and catalogue options, and prepare clear quotations and proposals
- Negotiate terms and close deals to confirmed orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Procurement, Purchase, HR, Admin, and leadership roles) across priority sectors such as jewellery, pharma, cooperative banking, cement, and construction
- Grow repeat and expansion orders from key accounts
