About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Okta Identity Cloud to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. You will play a critical role in overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You‘ll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize your expertise in Okta Identity Cloud to implement identity management solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks,



proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Expertise You‘ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with other identity management solutions and cloud technologies.
