nThis is a senior, high-stakes, high-reward role built for someone who already knows the players, the process, and the politics of this space, and is ready to own it end-to-end.

nWhat You‘ll Own
n
- n
- End-to-end sales of AtumX solutions to corporate CSR departments and government bodiesn
- Relationships with CXOs, CSR heads, procurement officers, and senior government officialsn
- Tenders, proposals, MoUs, and government scheme opportunitiesn
- Strategic account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewalsn
- Representing AtumX at industry events, government forums, and summitsn

nWhat We‘re Looking For
n
- n
- 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in EdTech, skill development, or CSR linked verticalsn




- A proven track record of closing high-value deals (₹25 Lakhs and above)n
- Existing relationships within corporate CSR teams or government procurement departmentsn
- Working knowledge of government tendering processes RFPs, GeM portal, MoUsn
- Strong negotiation and multi-stakeholder management skillsn
- The ability to work independently and drive results with high self-accountabilityn

nGlobal sales background welcome:
nWe especially encourage sales professionals with experience handling US or UK markets, or those who‘ve sold into large enterprise/government accounts internationally, to apply that cross-market rigor and consultative selling experience translates directly into this role.

nWhat Success Looks Like Within 6 months:
n2+ current CSR or Government accounts activated, a pipeline of ₹1 Crore+ built, and results that reflect your experience and seniority.
