About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong domain expertise in RO plants, water softeners, plumbing, pumps, and VFDs — including end-to-end system design and execution .



The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting water testing reports, designing treatment systems from scratch, overseeing on-ground execution, and training our technician workforce to deliver excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Design RO plants, water softener systems, and plumbing layouts based on site requirements and water testing data
- Prepare technical drawings, P&IDs;, and system specifications for current installations
- Size and select pumps, motors, VFDs, membranes, vessels, and piping for each project
- Develop cost-effective, scalable system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial clients

Execution & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end installation, commissioning, and handover of RO plants and water softener systems
- Supervise on-site execution teams to ensure adherence to design, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for equipment procurement and installati
