Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Agartala. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with colleges, training institutions, and corporate organizations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting SparkIIT’s training and mentorship offerings to prospective clients and partners. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, prepare proposals and presentations, and contribute to growth strategies and revenue targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert growth opportunities.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and support long-term partnerships.
