​Key Responsibilities
​Personal Care & Lifestyle Management: Oversee the CEO's daily personal routines, wellness, grooming, wardrobe management, and dietary preferences.
​Desire & Preference Execution: Proactively anticipate, coordinate, and fulfill the CEO's personal and lifestyle desires with absolute attention to detail and zero hesitation.
​Executive Scheduling & Travel: Manage complex, dynamic personal and professional calendars,



private dining reservations, VIP travel itineraries, and seamless transit arrangements.
​Private Errands & Concierge Services: Handle high-priority confidential tasks, personal shopping, gift procurement, and household or estate management coordination.
​Communication & Gatekeeping: Act as the primary confidential point of contact for private communications, managing inquiries with absolute tact and diplomacy.
​Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of privacy regarding all personal and business matters concerning the CEO.
​Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
​Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager supporting high-net-worth individuals or C-suite executives.
​Discretion: Impeccable professional boundaries, absolute trustworthiness, and willingness to sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
