Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate with strong communication, research, and lead-generation skills. The role provides an opportunity to work on B2B lead generation, prospecting, client outreach, market research, and business development.

Key Skills
Lead Generation: B2B lead generation, prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-ups
Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Fiverr
Sales: Client communication, pitching, qualification, and conversion
Research: Market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential clients
CRM: Lead tracking, database management, and maintaining client information
Communication: Solid verbal, written,



negotiation, and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, Fiverr, and other platforms.
Research potential clients and identify relevant business opportunities.
Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain and update lead and prospect databases.
Track lead generation, outreach, and conversion activities.
Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.

Candidate Profile
Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Fiverr will be an advantage.
