Position: Community Care Coordinator (CCC)

nRole Overview:
nThe Community Care Coordinator (CCC) is the primary point of connection between families, classrooms, and the centre leadership. This role ensures smooth day-to-day coordination of child care, parent communication, admissions support, transitions between programs (preschool ↔ daycare), and overall family experience at the centre. The CCC plays a critical role in creating a warm, responsive, and well-managed care ecosystem for children and parents.

nKey Responsibilities:
nChild & Family Coordination
n● Serve as the first point of contact for parents for daycare and care-related queries.
n● Support child transitions between age groups, programs, and routines.
n● Monitor daily attendance, arrivals, departures, and extended care schedules.
n● Ensure children’s care needs are communicated clearly to teachers and caregivers.
nDaycare Operations
n● Oversee smooth functioning of the daycare program (from 9:30 am onwards)
n● Coordinate staffing schedules for daycare,



including handovers between teachers and caretakers.
n● Ensure compliance with child–adult ratios and safety protocols.
n● Track daycare enrolment
nParent Communication
n● Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with parents.
n● Share daily updates, reminders, and care-related information.
n● Address parent concerns in coordination with the Centre Head and teaching team.
n● Support onboarding of current families into daycare and preschool programs.
nCentre Coordination
n● Work closely with teachers, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
n● Ensure readiness of shared spaces used for care (rest areas, washrooms, nap zones)
n● Coordinate meal times, nap schedules, and hygiene routines.
n● Support emergency response and escalation when required.
nDocumentation & Records
n● Maintain accurate records for attendance, daycare usage, authorizations, and care notes
n● Ensure consent
