About the Role:

We’re looking for an extremely organized, articulate and resourceful person to work closely with the Founder and help turn priorities into execution.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We need someone with solid operational intelligence who can coordinate people, follow up relentlessly, research solutions, communicate professionally and make sure things actually get done.

You’ll work on:





* Coordinating with internal teams & freelancers
* Tracking priorities, deadlines and follow-ups
* Researching & sourcing freelancers, vendors and solutions
* Supporting hiring and day-to-day operations
* Drafting and managing routine client communication
* Organizing meetings, tasks and founder priorities
* Using AI tools for research, documentation & execution
