? We’re Hiring: Pune Dealer Sales, Onboarding & Support Intern

AutoDealer OS is a digital platform designed to help used-vehicle dealers manage their inventory, business operations and Digital Storefront from one place.

We have successfully onboarded our first three paid dealers and are now looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our next phase of growth in Pune.

? Role: Pune Dealer Sales, Onboarding & Support Intern
? Location: Pune – Field Work
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
? Fixed Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
? Additional Incentives: Based on successful dealer onboarding and customer satisfaction

? Training: Online training and remote guidance from the Founder

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and visit used-car dealers in Pune
• Present and demonstrate AutoDealer OS
• Explain the ₹10,000 + GST annual plan
• Follow up and convert interested dealers into paid customers
• Create and completely set up dealer accounts
• Help dealers upload their initial vehicle inventory
• Train dealers and their staff to use the application
• Provide onboarding and after-sales support




• Observe and report dealer needs, pain points and product opportunities
• Maintain regular online reporting and communication with the Founder

Who Should Apply?
• Candidates based in Pune
• Comfortable with field visits and dealer interactions
• Valuable Marathi and Hindi communication skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, web applications, WhatsApp and Google Maps
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Own two-wheeler preferred
• Students or freshers interested in Sales, SaaS, Customer Success, Product Management or the automobile industry

This is not a desk-only or fully remote internship. The selected intern will independently handle dealer visits, sales, onboarding and support in Pune. Product training and guidance will be provided online.
You will get practical experience in building and growing a real SaaS product while working directly with customers and the Founder.
