About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to join our team and work on the design of a new cross-platform multiplayer strategy game for Web, Android, and iOS.
The game is based on an existing physical financial strategy board game and is being transformed into an immersive digital experience involving stock trading, portfolio management, market events, strategy, multiplayer competition, and interactive game mechanics.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of qualified experience working in a gaming company and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in game design.
Key Responsibilities
Design the complete game flow, rules, mechanics, and player experience.
Convert existing physical board-game mechanics into an engaging digital game.
Design multiplayer game sessions, player actions, turns, events, rewards, scoring, and progression.
Design card-based mechanics, market events, trading mechanics, portfolio systems, and game economy.




Create and maintain a detailed Game Design Document (GDD).
Define game states, player journeys, interaction flows, edge cases, and system behaviour.
Balance gameplay, probabilities, rewards, risks, difficulty, and match duration.
Design tutorials, onboarding, practice modes, and player guidance.
Work closely with game developers, UI/UX designers, 3D artists, animators, QA, and product teams.
Design game experiences suitable for Web, Android, and iOS.
Suggest animations, visual feedback, sound cues, and interactions that make the gameplay more engaging.
Continuously test, analyse, and improve gameplay based on player behaviour and feedback.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a gaming company.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Game Designer.
Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, game balancing, player psychology, and game economy.
