Fincent is building a simpler way for small, medium and growing businesses to manage their finances, accounting, tax and compliance.
We’re at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for dedicated SDR to help build and scale our outbound sales engine.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a list and asked to make calls. You'll have a real prospect to build the SDR playbook with us, develop effective outreach strategies, and generate new client opportunities for Fincent’s sales funnel through targeted call outreach.

What you'll do
• Own outbound prospecting across cold calling
• Identify and qualify business owners and decision-makers who could benefit from Fincent
• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline
• Research accounts and personalize outreach where it matters
• Run experiments with LinkedIn, email, messaging and different prospecting approaches
• Follow up consistently and turn conversations into qualified meetings
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in our CRM




• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Share what you're hearing from prospects and help shape our ICP and messaging
• Achieve and consistently meet assigned monthly targets
What we're looking for
You should have:
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales or B2B sales
• Experience in working with US call center or related fields.
• Strong communication and good follow up skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with US customers
• Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
• Experience using a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus

We're looking for someone who is hungry, curious and hands-on.
You don't need to know everything about SaaS sales. You do need to be someone who can pick up the phone, start a conversation, learn from what didn't work, and try again.
