Role Overview

nWe are looking for a highly structured and execution-focused Executive Assistant (EA) to the COO to support operational governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across our India and UAE teams.
n

nThis role is not a traditional calendar-management EA. It is an operations-enabler role requiring robust analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to drive follow-ups across multiple stakeholders (sales, delivery, finance, HR, and partners).
n

nExperience: 1–4 Years
nEligibility: Only candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience will be considered. Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered.
n

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Reporting & Business Insights
nPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports across business units
nTrack key metrics:
n
- n
- Revenue vs targetsn
- Pipeline & conversionn
- Collections & receivablesn
- Project delivery statusn

nWork with tools like Odoo, Excel, Power BI to consolidate and present insights
nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies,



and highlight actionable insights to the COO
n

n2. Cross-Functional Coordination
nAct as a central coordination layer between:
n
- n
- Sales / ASL teamn
- Delivery teamsn
- Finance & collectionsn
- HR & operationsn

nEnsure closure of action items from internal reviews and leadership meetings
nDrive accountability across teams with structured follow-ups
n

n3. COO Office Management
nPrepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and action trackers
nSupport in business reviews, board-level summaries, and leadership decks
nMaintain structured documentation for:

- n
- Key decisionsn
- Strategic initiativesn
- Operational plansn

n4. Process & Governance
nBring discipline in:
n
- n
- Reporting cadencen
- CRM hygienen
- Data accuracy across systemsn

nAssist in defining and tracking SOPs and operational workflows
nSupport automation initiatives (reporting, dashboar
