nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a senior Delivery Leader with strong NOC experience and exposure to SOC operations to lead large-scale service delivery and manage key client relationships.
nThe role requires an individual with exceptional communication, executive presence, and client-facing skills, as the ability to engage confidently with senior clients will be a critical success factor.
nKey Responsibilities
nNOC & SOC Delivery
nLead and manage end-to-end NOC operations, with exposure to or experience in SOC, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
nService Delivery Management
nOwn overall delivery performance, including service governance, operational reviews, escalations, risk management, and delivery excellence.
nClient & Stakeholder Management
nAct as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and confidently managing service reviews, escalations, expectations, and strategic discussions.




nOperational Leadership
nLead large and diverse delivery teams, drive accountability, and ensure smooth coordination across operations, technology, security, and other internal stakeholders.
nGovernance & Performance Management
nEstablish robust governance mechanisms, monitor key operational KPIs, drive SLA performance, and proactively identify and address service risks.
nService Improvement
nDrive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service quality, automation, productivity, and overall customer experience.
nEscalation & Crisis Management
nManage critical incidents and senior-level escalations, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution.
nBusiness & Delivery Growth
nPartner with internal leadership and clients to identify opportunities for service expansion, transformation, and improvement.
