nPosition: Holiday Sales Manager
n

nPosition Description:
nHoliday Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the Holidays business across their assigned
nZone. They will be leading the local sales team, develop strong retail and corporate client
nrelationships and work closely with the Central Product Team to deliver competitive, customer-
ncentric Holiday solutions.
n

nRoles and Responsibilities:
n Collaborate with the Product Team to enhance Holiday offerings and drive sustainable
nbusiness growth in the Zone.
n Ensure maximum lead-to-booking conversion at the branch level through effective customer
nengagement, timely follow-ups and consistent lead tracking by branches.




n Monitor daily sales performance of the Zone and implement timely corrective actions to
nensure target achievement.
n Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions and promotional events to strengthen
nBrand visibility.
n Drive lead generation through Holiday expos, Promotional campaigns and local marketing
ninitiatives.
n Identify emerging market opportunities and develop Holiday segments tailored to the needs
nof different customer groups.
n

nRequirements:
n Thorough product knowledge, solid market awareness and sound technical understanding
nof the Travel & Holidays business.
n Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling similar position with reputed companies
n Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in travel & tourism)
n Candidate should possess a valid IATA certification. Hands-on expertise in CRS/GDS
napplications such as Galileo, Amadeus, etc. will be an added advantage.
