We design, measure, manufacture and install — all in-house. No dealer in between, no franchise. When a customer's home finally looks the way they imagined it, that was our team, end to end.

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager will lead our Design Consultant team, drive sales targets, and own funnel conversion from lead to closure. You will run performance reviews, coach consultants, keep the pipeline healthy, and work with operations to make sure every order is delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

Support the Sales in delivering monthly revenue, order volume and conversion targets
Lead, coach and develop a team of Design Consultants




Run daily and weekly performance reviews using live CRM data
Own funnel discipline end to end — lead allocation, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, quotation to closure
Identify where conversion is being lost and put corrective actions in place
Coach consultants on product, pricing and closing, including joint customer visits on key opportunities
Manage escalations and high-value customer requirements
Onboard and train recent Design Consultants as the team grows
Build the commercial channel through architects, interior designers and builders
Coordinate with operations, production and installation for seamless order execution

What we're looking for

3–5 years in sales, with experience guiding or mentoring a team
Background in home interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, building materials, consumer durables or a similar consultative, considered-purchase category
