Key Responsibilities

IT Support
Provide basic technical support for computers, printers, email, internet and other office equipment.
Assist employees with software, hardware and system-related issues.
Set up computers, user accounts, email accounts and access for new employees.
Assist with troubleshooting connectivity, printing, software and other common IT issues.
Maintain IT-related documentation, including equipment, software, licenses and user records.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access removal.
Track and maintain company IT assets and equipment.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT provider or senior team member.
