Role Description The Territory Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Fatehpur, with some flexibility for work from home. The Territory Manager will oversee sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory, ensuring effective coverage of distributors, retailers, and farmers. Daily responsibilities include managing relationships with channel partners,



monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional campaigns, and supporting the rollout of crop care solutions. The role involves regular field visits, gathering market and competitor insights, coordinating with internal teams for supply and marketing support, and conducting farmer meetings or demonstrations. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining compliance with company policies, and preparing periodic reports on territory performance.
