Role Description

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves responding to inquiries from hospital and diagnostic center partners, handling service requests, and providing clear information about teleradiology workflows and report status. The representative will manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, log and track issues,



coordinate with radiologists and technical support teams, and ensure timely resolution of concerns. Day-to-day tasks include updating clients on report timelines, escalating technical or clinical issues as needed, documenting interactions in internal systems, and maintaining a qualified and empathetic communication style. The position requires consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams to support a high-quality customer experience in a 24/7 healthcare service environment.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication.
Experience in roles related to Customer Service Representatives or similar customer-facing positions.
