SVP – Technical Delivery | Wealth Management

We are looking for a senior technology delivery leader to take end-to-end ownership of a large, strategic Wealth Management engagement for a global financial institution.
This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for building and running a scalable, multi-geography delivery organization, strengthening delivery governance, improving release predictability, and acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technology delivery across multiple programs and geographies.
Build and lead large delivery teams across Program Management, Engineering, Product and Support.
Drive delivery governance, release readiness, quality, SLAs and risk management.
Improve delivery velocity, operational efficiency, resource utilization and cost effectiveness.
Partner closely with senior client stakeholders and represent delivery in executive governance forums.
Establish consistent delivery processes, quality gates and accountability across programs.
Drive up-to-date delivery practices including Agile, CI/CD and cloud-native delivery
environments.
Ideal Profile
20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery / Program Management.
Significant senior leadership experience managing large, complex, multi-geography delivery organizations.
Strong domain experience in Core Banking/ Wealth Management / Asset Management / Capital Markets / Banking / FinTech.
Proven experience managing strategic programs for global financial institutions.
Strong CxO-level stakeholder management and client-facing leadership capability.
Experience scaling teams, managing complex delivery operations and driving transformation.
Strong understanding of modern engineering and delivery practices, including Agile, CI/CD and cloud platforms.
