Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, connecting with prospects, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, messages, emails, and other channels.

Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
