We are a Pune-based manpower recruitment agency serving clients across Real Estate, Facility Management, Luxury Jewellery, Logistics, Hospitality, MEP Contracting and other industries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, WhatsApp and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, offers and joining follow-ups.
Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build robust relationships with candidates and clients.
Achieve monthly placement/recruitment targets.





Candidate Profile

3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a manpower consultancy/staffing agency.
Experience in Facility management, Real estate, Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Jewellery, Engineering & Infrastructure or similar industries preferred.
Strong sourcing, communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies.
Target-oriented and proactive.
English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Someone with prior exp working in a manpower consultancy/staffing agency who can independently manage end-to-end hiring pipeline
