About the Role
Treasure of Veda is looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on D2C Business Operations Manager to work directly with the founders. This is a broad, cross-functional role — not a narrow function — spanning procurement, inventory, supply chain, fulfilment, vendors, customer experience, marketplaces, tech coordination, and reporting. The person will work alongside existing sales/marketing teams to keep the entire D2C engine running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Chain
End-to-end D2C business operations
Procurement, sourcing, and vendor coordination
Inventory planning and stock management
Warehousing, packaging, fulfilment, and dispatch
Logistics and courier partner management
COD, RTO, returns, replacements, and delivery-related processes
Catalogue & Platforms




Product catalogue and SKU management
Coordination with website, marketplace, and technology partners
Marketplace operations where applicable
Order management and operational troubleshooting
Customer & Cross-Functional
Customer experience processes with support teams
Coordination across sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations
Systems & Growth
Creating SOPs, dashboards, and systems as the business scales
Tracking operational KPIs, costs, margins, and efficiencies
Supporting founders on current initiatives, launches, and growth projects
Identifying bottlenecks and owning solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5+ years working with a D2C/e-commerce brand
Has seen a D2C business built or scaled — understands the "behind the scenes"
Hands-on exposure to logistics, supply chain, inventory, fulfilment, and e-commerce operations
Understands metrics: AOV, gross margin, CAC, conversion, COD %, RTO %, inventory turns, c
