This position entails leading a dynamic team of approximately 10-12 skilled individuals of the Modelling and Simulation (M&S;) group. The incumbent will guide, coach, and mentor team members to make them future ready. Nurture continuous learning environment, consistently developing and enhancing the team's technical proficiencies to deliver top-notch simulation expertize that aligns with both current and future business requirements. The Modelling and Simulation team will be tightly linked with various key growth programs from ERL and Datacenter business in addition to building and enhancing technology capabilities of M&S; team through Accuracy, Speed and autonomous models of various electrical products. The incumbent will partner with local & global stakeholders to drive project success and achieve strategic objectives for the business and M&S; team.
