BeConsist is a skincare brand built on one principle: real, lasting results through consistent use, backed by evidence rather than exaggerated claims. We're vegan and cruelty-free by design and formulated to meet Indian regulatory standards while additionally screened against EU cosmetic requirements. We're building this publicly, day by day, through a founder-led social media build log. We're early which means this role has real ownership from day one, not busywork.

What You'll Own
Define and own the overall content strategy: pillars (build-log, skincare decode, founder story), posting cadence, and platform priorities (Instagram first)
Research competitor and adjacent founder-led brand accounts identify what's working across the category and adapt it into original, brand-fit ideas rather than copying
Write scripts for founder-shot reels,



in English and Telugu, following our existing 3-clip format (hook / story / CTA)
Plan and manage content batching organize shoot days so the founder can film a week or two of content efficiently instead of daily
Build and maintain a content calendar what's shot, what's scheduled, what's posted, what's pending
Schedule and publish content (or prepare it fully ready for the founder to post)
Track performance views, saves, engagement, follower growth and share a easy monthly report with what's working and what to change
Shift strategy from pre-launch (build-in-public, trust-building) to post-launch (product-focused, conversion-oriented) as BeConsist moves through launch stages
Identify growth tactics collaborations, trends, hashtag strategy, community engagement suited to an early skincare brand
