Job Description

We are looking for a Senior VMware (VCF) Engineer with extensive enterprise virtualization experience to design, implement, operate, and optimize VMware Cloud Foundation environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across VMware VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, SDDC, and HCI, along with robust experience in infrastructure automation, security, disaster recovery, and enterprise platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical expert for infrastructure projects involving VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, and SDDC platforms.
Design, deploy, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot VCF environments, workload domains, vCenter, ESXi hosts, vSAN clusters, and NSX-T networking.
Manage VCF Lifecycle Manager (LCM), platform upgrades, patching, configuration, and workload domain operations.




Establish and maintain enterprise VMware virtualization standards, security hardening, operational procedures, and best practices.
Design and support disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, performance optimization, and high-availability solutions.
Implement and manage vSAN storage policies, HCI environments, storage capacity, and performance optimization.
Configure and troubleshoot NSX-T distributed networking, security policies, microsegmentation, and virtual network services.
Integrate VMware VCF with enterprise hardware, HCI platforms, automation tools, identity services, and public/hybrid cloud platforms.
Monitor infrastructure health and performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to scalability, reliability, availability, and efficiency.
