Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Developer role is based in Hyderabad. The Senior Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support Hyland’s AI-enabled content and data platforms. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with product managers, architects, and QA professionals throughout the software development lifecycle.



The role involves contributing to technical design discussions, improving system performance and scalability, and ensuring adherence to secure coding and best engineering practices. The Senior Developer will also mentor less-experienced developers, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in deploying and monitoring applications in production environments.
Qualifications
Robust proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and solid understanding of object-oriented design and data structures.
Experience with web application frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including query optimization and schema design.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
