About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Business Transformation Consultant to act as the strategic bridge between our clients' business goals and our development team. This is not a role for high-level PowerPoint strategists. You will be in the trenches: leading deep-dive diagnostics,



mapping complex workflows, writing developer-ready system blueprints, and actively tracking the success of the operational improvements we promise to deliver.
You will own the client’s core business metrics and ensure our custom-built solutions provide continuous, measurable value month after month.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead "Growth Sprint" diagnostics with clients to identify their highest-leverage operational bottlenecks and quantify the current cost of those inefficiencies.
Map complex "As-Is" workflows and design logical, step-by-step "To-Be" digital systems using tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
Translate business logic and operational requirements into clear, developer-ready Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Collaborate with our Senior Tech Mentor to validate the technical feasibility of your designed workflows before presenting them to the client.
