Our core focus is to reduce the dependence on conventional Portland cement by converting locally available industrial, agricultural and mineral wastes into high-value construction materials.
Our R&D; platform combines waste valorization, cement chemistry, material science and binder engineering to develop commercially scalable alternatives to conventional cementitious materials.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead – R&D; (Waste Valorization & Cement Chemistry) to lead the identification, characterization and conversion of industrial, agricultural and other waste streams into high-performance cementitious materials.
The role will focus on understanding the chemical and mineralogical characteristics of waste materials and engineering their transformation into suitable raw materials,



supplementary cementitious materials, reactive powders, binders and other value-added construction products.
The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in cement chemistry, waste processing, mineralogy and chemical reactions in cementitious systems, with the ability to convert laboratory research into scalable technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Waste Identification & Resource Mapping
Identify and evaluate industrial, agricultural, mining and construction waste streams with potential for utilization in cementitious materials.
Develop methodologies for systematic assessment of waste based on chemical composition, mineralogy, reactivity, availability and commercial viability.
Study regional raw material and waste availability to support localized binder development.
Build a technical database of waste materials and their potential applications.
