About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized and responsible Operations Associate to support our day-to-day business operations.
The role will involve working closely with the existing team and helping with quick commerce, e-commerce operations, data management, documentation, coordination and routine business tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day business and e-commerce operations
Manage Excel/Google Sheets, CSV files and basic data entry
Assist with Amazon and other marketplace-related tasks
Prepare, organize and maintain business documents
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams
Follow up on pending tasks, orders, shipments and operational issues
Assist with inventory and product-related updates
Help with KYC, invoices, reports and other documentation
Perform research and collect information as required
Handle routine operational tasks and ensure they are completed on time
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks whenever required
What We’re Looking For
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working with numbers, data and documents
Good attention to detail
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
Basic understanding of e-commerce is a plus
Freshers with the right attitude and strong computer skills can also apply
