nThe Assistant Resort Manager will work closely with the Resort leadership team and will be expected to take charge of the day-to-day operations of the entire resort, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience and operational delivery reflects Postcard's standards of luxury and excellence.

- Own the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless functioning across departments.n
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised luxury guest experience.n
- Lead, coach, and motivate teams to consistently deliver high service standards.n
- Be hands-on and visible, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.n
- Ensure strong coordination across Rooms, F&B;, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Recreation, Spa, and other functions.n
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.n
- Monitor guest feedback, operational performance, service standards, and commercial outcomes.n
- Take charge during challenges with calm, decisive leadership.n
