Founder’s Office – Strategy & Execution | Bangalore/Chennai
Looking for a Strategy & Execution Associate, to work closely with founders on critical business initiatives and drive projects from analysis to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with founders on strategic and high-priority initiatives.
Identify and solve cross-functional business problems.
Analyze business performance, metrics, and key gaps.
Develop business cases, financial models, trackers, and decision frameworks.
Drive projects end-to-end with clear timelines, owners, and outcomes.
Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure successful execution.
Support annual and quarterly business planning, reviews, and OKRs.
Identify new opportunities across growth, categories, channels, and operational efficiency.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
Manage special projects across functions as business priorities evolve.




Track project progress and ensure timely closure of key initiatives.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, D2C, ecommerce, or consumer businesses.
MBA/PGDM from a strong institution preferred.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Comfortable working with data, financial metrics, and business models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ownership, initiative, and execution focus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working across different functions and teams.
Bias for action with strong follow-through.
