Role & responsibilities
n- Knows, respects and ensures compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct & HSEQ policies of TCAP
n- Proposes and contributes to the continuous improvement of safety and quality management systems
n- Contributes to R&D; projects related to R&D; Line Fuels and Lubricants and executes studies by applying his/her technical skills within the area of tribology and industrial mechanical systems (hydraulic pumps, compressors, turbines, gears, ) and its lubrication
n- Ensures the completion of studies within R&D; projects framework and compliance with high-quality results, deadlines, and costs
n- Develops and implements new techniques, methods, test procedures to characterize the performance of industrial lubricants
n- Defines the right application test rigs and the right tribological screener test bench to evaluate the industrial lubricants
n- Proposes the right external partners based on his/her solid knowledge of the Indian and international ecosystem (OEMs, academic and private testings partners,)
n- Manages external collaborations (academics, industrial)
n- Coordinates all stakeholders involved in a study, including external resources (third party lab)
n- Reports R&D; results in the form of technical notes in OneDoc and through internal/external presentations
n- Conducts literature survey / technological watch in his/her domain of expertise
n- Brings new / innovative ideas / new methods / new investments for tests rigs and screener bench tests, taking HSE and operational constraints into account when implementing technical solutions
n- Participates in technical conferences / seminars to develop his/her expertise and to identify emerging innovation topics in line with the R&D; project's needs
n- Explores and develops collaboration/networking with local ecosystems
n- Transforms new ideas coming from technological watch / literature survey / ecosystem to concrete R&D; studies in line with R&D; project's needs
