Role Description The Senior Human Resources Officer is a full-time role based in the Pune Division, structured as a hybrid position that combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning,



talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and implementation of HR policies across business units. The Senior Human Resources Officer manages employee relations, facilitates conflict resolution, and supports managers with coaching, engagement initiatives, and disciplinary processes in line with company values and legal requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating job descriptions, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards. The role also contributes to HR strategy, drives culture-building programs, and partners with leadership to support organizational growth and change management.
