Role Description The Business Operations Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Jamshedpur.



This position oversees daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams. The role includes monitoring process performance, analyzing operational data, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control. The supervisor will manage team workloads, support project execution timelines, resolve operational issues, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports for management, enforcing compliance with company policies and industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across business operations.
