nAbout the Role
nThis is a foundational role for freshly qualified CAs and early-career professionals who want to build a specialised, high-value career in transaction advisory and succession planning. You will be working alongside experienced advisors on complex structuring, regulatory research, and client-facing outputs.
nResponsibilities

- Conduct legal and regulatory research across the Income Tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA, Stamp Duty, SEBI Regulations, IND AS and other applicable laws for live transactions.n
- Analyse business models and commercial objectives to support the design of cost-efficient transaction structures and assist in execution of such mergers, demerger, acquisitions, shareholder exits, fund repatriation, pre-IPO restructuring, domestic and cross-border reorganisations and succession planning.n
- Prepare technical notes, opinions, presentations and transaction documents based on detailed legal and commercial analysis.n




- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors while staying updated on legal, regulatory and judicial developments relevant to transactions.n
- Designing succession strategies for operating businesses, passive income assets, artwork or charities.n
- Strategic advice on HUF matters and tax-effective intra-family wealth transfer.n
- Drafting shareholder agreements, family arrangements, and partition deeds and preparing technical notes, presentations and transaction documents.n
- Designing trust structures to ensure continuity, control, and protection.n
- Developing family charters and governance frameworks to align values and reduce conflict.n
