Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time in a hybrid setup based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.



This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities through targeted sales and marketing initiatives. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to design and execute campaigns across channels, prepare sales presentations and proposals, and support client onboarding and training when needed. Daily responsibilities include managing client communication, tracking performance metrics, contributing to marketing content and collateral, and providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, participating in reviews and planning meetings, and supporting the development of new business opportunities in line with Digital Berries’ growth objectives.
