About FLOW
FLOW, For Love of Water is a new water lifestyle brand being built around life in, on and around water.
We’re building across swimwear, water-ready apparel, accessories and everything that makes spending time around water more fun, functional and accessible.
We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Intern who can help us build FLOW’s organic presence from the ground up.
This is not a role where you’ll just be given content to post. We want someone who can think of ideas, create them, edit them, publish them and constantly experiment with what works.
What You’ll Own
* Help build and manage FLOW’s organic social media presence, primarily Instagram
* Develop original content ideas and recurring content formats
* Create Reels, carousels, stories and social-first content
* Source and creatively use stock footage, UGC-style footage and existing visual assets
* Create and experiment with AI-generated videos,
images and content
* Edit short-form videos with solid hooks, pacing, text and audio
* Write captions, hooks and social copy
* Maintain and execute the content calendar
* Publish and schedule content consistently
* Track performance and identify what we should do more or less of
* Spot trends, formats, sounds and cultural moments that FLOW can participate in
* Turn simple ideas or founder inputs into polished social content
* Help us experiment quickly rather than waiting for perfect production
You Might Be a Great Fit If
* You spend a lot of time on Instagram and naturally notice why certain content works and what's trending
* You can turn an idea into a Reel without needing a full production shoot
* You are very comfortable finding and working with stock footage
* You actively use AI tools for images, video, ideation or editing
* You have strong taste and can tell the difference between conte
