nRole Overview: We're looking for a sharp, versatile Senior Associate to drive content and copywriting across performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and social media. You will write scripts, ad copy, and CRM content that convert, while ensuring every piece of content stays true to brand voice and quality standards.

nPerformance & Influencer Content

- Write and optimize performance marketing scripts for influencer-led campaigns, focusing on hook retention, CTR, and engagementn
- Support end-to-end creative development for influencer collaborations — scripts, visual briefs, and shot references for creatorsn
- Use performance insights and creative testing to refine hooks and formats,

nCopywriting & Content Production

- Create conversion-focused copy for static ads, performance ads, Meta ad creatives, carousels, and CRM communicationn
- Write reel scripts, WhatsApp journey copies, and customer communication across touchpointsn
