Role Description
At M&G;, we are working hard to build a technology foundation fit for a modern, digital, insight-led, responsive business. As a part of this exciting transformation,



we are looking for a Nexthink Engineer to join our Colleague Technology Service function within M&G;’s Enterprise Technology Team.
The Nexthink Engineer is responsible for leveraging the powerful capabilities of the Nexthink Infinity platform to provide stakeholders with insights into the experiences that colleagues have of the devices and software used daily. The role involves understanding the requirements and translating them into meaningful insights and actions to obtain the desired outcomes.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Assists the Lead Engineer in carrying out the required tasks to achieve the team’s objectives
Effectively collaborates & communicates with the Lead Engineer to achieve stakeholder satisfaction
Share knowledge of the Nexthink platf
