Qualifications
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate ledgers and prepare statements.
Experience in accounts payable/receivable management, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing using accounting software.
Understanding of taxation, statutory compliances,



and audit support, preferably within the Indian regulatory framework.
Working knowledge of Tally and QuickBooks for financial tracking and inventory.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, and Gmail).
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Highly adaptable with a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage confidential information responsibly.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field;
Prior experience in hospitality, consulting, or service-oriented businesses is beneficial but not mandatory.
